What is the Coolibar Rewards Program?

The Coolibar Rewards Program is our way of giving back to our loyal customers. By joining, you earn points for every purchase, enjoy exclusive benefits, and have the option to use your rewards to save on future purchases or donate to the Melanoma Research Foundation.

How do I join the Coolibar Rewards Program?

Joining is easy and free! Simply create an account on our website, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the program. Start earning points right away with your first purchase.

Is there a fee to join?

No, the Coolibar Rewards Program is completely free to join.

Earning Rewards

How do I earn points?

You earn reward points every time you shop Coolibar. For every $1 spent, you earn 1 point. 10 points = $1 in rewards that you can apply to a future purchase. 
You can also earn additional points by:
  • Following us on social media
  • Participating in special promotions like Double Reward Days

What are Double Reward Days?

Double Reward Days are surprise events where you earn twice the points on your purchases. These days are randomly selected and not scheduled in advance, so keep an eye on your email and our social media for announcements.

Can I earn points on discounted items or during sales?

Yes, you earn points on all purchases, including discounted items, unless otherwise specified during a promotion.

Do I earn points on shipping and taxes?

Points are earned on the product subtotal only, excluding shipping fees and taxes.

Using Rewards

How can I use my rewards?

You have two options for using your rewards:
  1. Apply them to your next purchase: use your rewards at checkout to save on your order.
  2. Donate to the Melanoma Research Foundation.

How do I redeem my rewards at checkout?

When you’re ready to make a purchase, log into your account. At checkout, you’ll see an option to apply your rewards to your order. Simply select the amount you’d like to use, and it will be deducted from your total.

Can I combine rewards with other discounts or promotions?

Yes, you can use your rewards alongside other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you used rewards to pay for the item, those rewards will be reissued to your account.

Points and Expiration

When do my points become available?

Points are added to your account 30 days after your order is delivered. This waiting period accounts for potential returns or exchanges.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned. Be sure to use your rewards before they expire.

How can I check my points balance?

Log into your Coolibar account, and your points balance will be displayed in your rewards dashboard.

Donations to the Melanoma Research Foundation

How does the donation process work?

When redeeming your rewards, you can choose to donate them to the Melanoma Research Foundation. 

Can I split my rewards between a donation and a purchase?

At this time, rewards can only be applied to one option per redemption - either a donation or a purchase.

Account and Membership

How do I update my account information?

Log into your Coolibar account and navigate to your profile settings. From there, you can update your personal information, including your birthday and email preferences.

What happens if I forget to log into my account when making a purchase?

Unfortunately, points cannot be retroactively added to your account for purchases made while not logged in. Always ensure you’re logged in to earn points.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

Troubleshooting and Support

I didn’t receive my points. What should I do?

If your points haven’t been added to your account after 30 days from delivery, please contact our customer care team at support@coolibar.com with your order details.

How do I opt out of the program?

If you wish to opt out of the Coolibar Rewards Program, please contact our customer care team. Note that opting out will forfeit any unused points in your account.
