"Umbrella arrived with a fishy smell. Was opened and aired outside daily for 3 dry sunny days (not nights) on our deck. Odor still was pungent. Left for vacation in Florida w/o umbrella needed for protection. On 4/23 customer service ordered a replacement but as of today 5/14, none has arrived. Today customer service put a 2 day rush on them, said the order was processing? We’ll see when it arrives. 2 umbrellas smelled foul, the 3rd smallest umbrella was fine. Disappointed."

"We’ve had 4 of these for years! Lasted at the beach, did their job of protecting against sunburn. Coming back for more (only reason we need to replace is because I stupidly stored them in a hot shed). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ⛱️"

Wanted one for years
"Finally got it and it’s everything I imagined. I already own all 3 sizes of hand-held umbrellas from Coolibar and they are my treasures. Discovered Coolibar 20 years ago living in the desert in Arizona and been a fan since. I haven’t gotten into the clothing but I love the hats, face masks and unmbrellas. They gave me a free hat like 14 years ago and I still wear it constantly. Bought a new one to “look nicer” but just adore the old one."
