First Time Buyers Beware of Discount Offered and not Applied!

"These hats are the same as any other manufacturer with one exception. I applied for a first time user discount of 15%. It was calculated in the checkout but never applied. Despite several attempts to have someone in “Customer Service” respond, someone did finally respond and they were from the “Company Policy”’police division and said “sorry”, “I can understand your frustration” but our “policy” clearly states…in the fine print that all sales are final. I will never purchase anything from this retailer again and will do whatever I can to dissuade family and friends from making the same mistake I did. I have posted the hate for sale with the 15% added to the price!"

Nothing like the Coolibar travel hat I bought 10 years ago

"Sadly, this version of their travel Fedora is a waste of time and money. The material is thinner and has an odd texture, but worse of all the brim doesn’t maintain proper (gentle bow, like in picture) shape even after hours attempting to flatten it. Instead the brim curves and twist making the hat (and wearer) look comical. And I’m charged an $8 fee to return this defective product! Definitely the most disappointing item and customer experience I’ve had with Coolibar in 10 years."

"The hat is nice, took far too long to be shipped. Packed well, but arrived with a lot of wrinkles/crinkles which I hope come out over time. This is a man's hat, and I am a woman and ordered the small/medium . . . felt it ran a tad large but I can still wear it."
