"My husband by the size chart was a medium but an XLg, up 2 sizes was needed for his 37inch chest. Once I returned and reordered the fit was perfect and i got my shipping refunded for the first shirt. Great shirt. Lots of ventilation--Yoke, underarms, even inside 2 chest pockets are mesh fabric."
"The buttons were exceptionally difficult, to impossible, to get through the button holes. Customer service was non-existent to my repeated email messages to the website. Instructions to return the shirt never arrived. I returned the shirt to the main address of Coolibar, but have never received a response, NOR a requested refund of the cost of the shirt. Coolibar has become a *disaster* for its lack of customer service!"
"I previously bought the Men's Baraco Fishing Shirt. It has snaps, so can be put on in 6 seconds and taken off in 3. If they had gone to hard plastic buttons, it wouldn't be so bad. But this shirt has soft, rubbery, high-friction buttons that take forever to button and unbutton. Not a showstopper, but definitely a pain in the butt. The extra long sleeves and back of hand covering with middle finger elastic to hold it in place is a very nice addition though. Please consider making this shirt with snaps!"

"I have already broken two fingernails trying to get the buttons out of the holes. The holes are MUCH TOO SMALL!!!! No way would my husband be able to get them out. He would use the shirt to work in the yard, but now it is almost useless. Why would you sell something like this? I won't be buying anything else from Coolibar ever again. You can trust me on that."

"I was so delighted to find an SPF50 shirt for my husband in such a lovel colour. He has had many compliments when wearing it but the best thing for me is the complete protection for his skin damaged so badly by the sun when growing up 80 years ago in South Africa ! Only negative was the buttonholes are a bit too small."
