"I love this top and the fabric is wonderful—soft, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. I ordered a size small, thinking it would be a perfect fit, but once again the sizing seems to be off. It will end up being donated to charity. For reference, I am 5’3” and 115 pounds. I would probably be happier with a medium, but I am not willing to pay return shipping, and if I exchanged it, I would lose the sale price I originally paid. I have been a loyal customer for years and genuinely love your clothing. However, the inconsistency in sizing across your product line continues to be frustrating. Judging by the number of similar comments in your reviews, I am clearly not the only customer experiencing this issue. Your clothing is beautiful, but the combination of inconsistent sizing and a customer-unfriendly return and exchange policy makes shopping with confidence very difficult. I hope the company will take these concerns seriously and work toward improving both."
