Wonderful Perla Broad Brim Hat

"Love it! Soft and flexible but holds its shape, packs well. Well made, attractive, and becoming. Many reviewers say it runs small, but I have a largish head and can wear it. It can blow off in the wind. Provides excellent shade and sun protection. I had been looking for a good AND good looking sun hat for a long time. The Perla is it. I even bought one for a good friend."

"The hat would probably fit better, however, the lining inside is too shallow so it makes it sit too high. The lining needs to be higher so the hat can sit properly. I think it is a design flaw. The actual hat is very useful for coverage and attractive."

Like the hat, customer service wasn't great

"I like this hat and think it will work well for summer. It's a little snug, but I like that. Two stars are knocked off for poor customer service. This item went on sale immediately after I purchased it, before it even arrived in the mail, but, customer service wasn’t willing to do a price adjustment. Having to return and re-buy just wastes time and money, for me, Coolibar, and the shipping company. However, when we’re talking 50% off it’s worth the hassle unfortunately."
