"Unfortunately it didn’t fit. The return process is a nightmare with an $8 return feel. I don’t mind the fee with good service. I returned this top on 7/14. It’s 8/21 today and I still don’t have the refund. I finally called my credit card to dispute the charge. No option to speak to a manager. If you don’t need to make a return it’s 5 stars ⭐️"
"I like the style of this shirt and the fabric, however, the second time I wore it one of the buttons from the left cuff fell without it being buttoned down. This is not unusual since I have the same shirt in black and had to secure all the buttons because one fell and the others were very loose."
"A torn seam. No response or help from support despite repeatedly trying to contact them for six days and sending photos. Neither the live chat nor email contact form help. After getting connected to a human agent (their username was ‘Miracle’) on live chat after several hours, they just gave a one phrase response that didn’t address anything, and stopped responding. International shipping."
