"I am giving 1 star strictly due to the terrible customer service and logistics. While I am very satisfied with the quality of Coolibar products and would gladly love to continue ordering them, I will no longer do business with this company because they ignore issues and refuse to resolve them. Every single time, it ends up being a financial deception. This is already the second time that an item is missing from my package – this time my bra was not included. I have filed a reclamation, but customer service remains completely silent and does not reply. Furthermore, they filled out the customs declaration incorrectly. I was forced to pay extra taxes and customs duties, even though Coolibar explicitly promised that all fees are included in the initial price. I cannot continue buying from such an unreliable company if this issue is not resolved immediately."
