Absurd Scarf-Tie Placement

"Whoever designed this hat with the ties so far back on the hat has a problem with human anatomy. I am going to have to create holes myself for the scarf to run through in order to wear this tied down without it choking me. The metal grommets are so far back on the hat that when the scarf is tied, the tails of the scarf pull directly across my throat and choke me. I took photos of how it fits to show the absurdity of how far back the tie grommet holes are. They cause the scarf to hang behind my ears. Thinking that maybe I was wearing the hat backwards, I took another photo with the hat turned around and the scarf tails hung on the front of my face. It is absolutely an enigma thinking who in their right mind designed the position of the grommets."

"I have tried to return this uncomfortable and ill-fitting hat but the returns function on the website doesn’t work. No phone number given so I emailed asking for a response—but none has been forthcoming. This company is irresponsible, verging on the fraudulent"

"Tried to contact them multiple times, never heard back. Hello, I’m requesting a refund for Monroe 2. 0 Midi Dress | Vanilla XS in order 991381239. The dress arrived with a visible tear on the front. Since it was shipped internationally, this is very upsetting. Please help with a refund."

Beautiful hat, but the white scarf was missing

"I really like the Stella hat — it is beautiful and stylish, and I am very happy with the hat itself. Unfortunately, my order arrived with only one black scarf, while the product description states that the hat comes with two interchangeable scarves. I have already contacted customer service to ask about the missing white scarf, but unfortunately, I have not received any response so far. I would really appreciate it if the missing white scarf could be sent to me. I hope customer service will get back to me soon and resolve this issue."

Unfortunately, not the hat for me.

"The ties in the back of the hat go down the back of your neck and behind your ears and are meant to tie under your chin. For me, this pulled the hat down on my back and was very uncomfortable. I’m not sure why the ties are placed in such an awkward position. The usual placement, on the sides of your head, would have been better for me. On another matter, customer service was helpful with the return."

"Love this hat. I've been wearing mine for several years. I have lots of hats, but this is the one that I wear daily. I need the big brim for coverage, and the tie is perfect in our windy area. I get compliments from everyone. It is very well made, sturdy, but breathable."
